Fishub offers Klarna as a payment option, allowing anglers to spread the cost of their festival tickets. This policy outlines how Klarna works, payment terms, and refund procedures for Klarna transactions.
1. What is Klarna?
Klarna is a buy now, pay later (BNPL) service that enables you to pay for your Fishub festival entry in instalments. When selecting Klarna at checkout, you agree to their terms and conditions, and Klarna processes your payment on our behalf.
2. Klarna Payment Options
Fishub offers klarna’s Pay in 3 Instalments option:
- The total cost of £200 is split into three equal payments.
- The first instalment is due at checkout.
- The second and third instalments are automatically taken every 30 days.
- Klarna performs a soft credit check, but this does not affect your credit score.
- There are no interest charges or fees if payments are made on time.
3. Klarna Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use Klarna.
- Klarna’s approval process is based on a soft credit check and other eligibility criteria.
- Klarna may decline your transaction based on your financial situation.
4. Klarna Refunds & Cancellations
4.1. Full Refunds – If you cancel your ticket at least 7 days before the event, Klarna will refund any payments already made, and future instalments will be cancelled.
4.2. Partial Refunds – If you cancel between 7 days and 72 hours before the event and are eligible for a 50% refund, Klarna will adjust your repayment schedule accordingly.
4.3. No Refunds – If you cancel within 72 hours of the event, no refund will be issued, and Klarna will continue collecting the agreed instalments.
4.4. Event Cancellation – If Fishub cancels the event, Klarna will process a full refund within 7 business days after the event date.
5. Managing Your Klarna Payments
- Klarna will send payment reminders before each instalment is due.
- You can manage your Klarna payments via the Klarna app or their website.
- If you miss a payment, Klarna may charge late fees or restrict future purchases.
