Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Fishub platform, including access to features, content, and services.

2. Eligibility

Fishub welcomes anglers of all ages. Users under the age of 16 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use this website and any subscription services.

By using this website and subscribing to our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the website and related services.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to any account where we reasonably believe these requirements have not been met.

3. Membership & Access

Fishub operates a subscription-based platform. User accounts are created as part of an active membership.

Certain areas of the platform are restricted to subscribers, including:

Fishub TV
Forum access
Fishub Dream Team
Fishub Calendar
Member discounts and offers
Premium content and features

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or remove access to any part of the platform at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where:

These Terms & Conditions are breached
False or misleading information is provided
Misuse of the platform is detected
Behaviour is deemed harmful to the Fishub community or business

5. User-Generated Content

Subscribers may post content within the Fishub forum.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant Fishub a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.

6. Directory Listings

Fishub provides a business directory that includes free listings, with optional enhanced opportunities available.

We reserve the right to:

Edit, update, or remove listings at any time
Refuse listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or not aligned with the platform

7. Dream Team

Access to Fishub Dream Team is limited to active subscribers. Entry into each Dream Team season is only available before the first round of that season and new members joining after a season has started will not be able to enter until the next available season.

Dream Team is provided as a fun, points-based game for entertainment and community participation only. It is free to enter for eligible subscribers and is intended for bragging rights only.

Dream Team does not include cash prizes, giveaways, or other prize-based rewards.

Participation is subject to separate Dream Team Terms, which govern rules, scoring, eligibility, and general participation.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Payments are processed via third-party providers (such as Stripe). Fishub does not store full payment details.

By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing and are responsible for managing your subscription.

From time to time, Fishub may make introductory Partner Offers available through selected third-party partners. Unless otherwise stated, these offers are available to new Fishub members only and are not available to current members or anyone who has previously held a Fishub membership, including memberships that have been cancelled or have expired.

Each eligible person may claim only one Fishub Partner Offer, regardless of the partner through which the offer is promoted. Partner Offers cannot be combined with other introductory offers or promotions unless expressly stated.

Creating or using multiple accounts, alternative email addresses, or other details for the purpose of claiming more than one introductory Partner Offer or otherwise circumventing the eligibility requirements is not permitted.

Where a Partner Offer provides the first month of membership free, a valid payment method is required when registering. No membership fee will be charged for the stated free period. At the end of the free period, the membership will automatically continue at the standard monthly price stated at the time of registration, unless cancelled.

If you do not wish to continue as a paying member, you must cancel your membership before the free period ends to avoid being charged the first recurring membership payment. Membership may be cancelled at any time.

Fishub reserves the right to refuse or withdraw an introductory Partner Offer where we reasonably believe that a person is not eligible, has previously held a Fishub membership, has already claimed a Partner Offer, or is attempting to circumvent the eligibility requirements.

Where we reasonably identify misuse of a Partner Offer, we may cancel the promotional membership or remove the free introductory period. Any subsequent paid membership will remain subject to the normal Membership Terms.

Any withdrawal or change to a Partner Offer will not alter the agreed introductory period or subscription price for a member who has already validly registered for that offer, except where required by law.

9. Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside of our control.
