Fishub Dream Team Terms

These terms apply to all users participating in the Fishub Dream Team, including scoring, participation and leaderboard rankings.

1. Overview

The Fishub Dream Team is a membership-only feature available through the Fishub platform.

These terms govern participation in the Fishub Dream Team, including scoring, participation and conduct.

2. Eligibility

Entry to the Fishub Dream Team is limited to users with an active Fishub membership.

Participants must join before the start of the first round of the season. Entries after this point will not be permitted.

3. Season Structure

Each Fishub Dream Team season is based on four rounds, together with any transfer windows and gameplay stages published as part of the season format.

The season format, points scoring system and gameplay rules will be set out in advance and will apply for the full season.

4. Scoring & Results

All scores, points allocations, league standings and results will be determined in accordance with the published Fishub Dream Team rules.

Fishub’s decision on scoring, standings and results shall be final.

5. Competition Format

The Fishub Dream Team is played for entertainment and friendly competition purposes only.

No monetary prizes or rewards are offered, and the aim is to compete for leaderboard positions and bragging rights across the season.

6. Ties

Where positions are tied, the relevant tiebreak rules will apply as set out in the season format.

If required, Fishub reserves the right to verify final standings before confirming any tied positions.

7. Account Rules

Only one account is permitted per person unless expressly authorised by Fishub in writing.

Any attempt to operate multiple accounts, manipulate scoring, gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise abuse the competition may result in removal from the Fishub Dream Team.

8. Disqualification

Fishub reserves the right to remove any participant who:

Breaches these terms or the published rules
Uses multiple accounts or false information
Attempts to manipulate or exploit the game
Engages in abusive, dishonest or harmful behaviour

Removal may result in loss of leaderboard position and suspension or termination of the associated Fishub account.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Fishub intends for each season to run as published. However, in exceptional circumstances, including technical issues, system errors or matters outside our reasonable control, Fishub reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel a season or part of the competition where necessary to protect fairness and integrity.

10. Liability

Fishub shall not be liable for any indirect loss, disappointment or missed opportunity arising from participation in the Fishub Dream Team.

Our total liability in relation to the Fishub Dream Team shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

11. Bugs & Technical Issues

Fishub aims to provide a fair and reliable experience. However, if any bugs, errors or technical issues are identified, users are encouraged to report them via the Members Support page.

Fishub reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, correct any errors affecting scoring, standings or gameplay. Any decisions made in relation to technical issues shall be final.
