Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page explains how cancellations, refunds, and subscription changes are handled on Fishub.
1. Subscription Overview
Fishub subscriptions provide access to digital content, features, and services available to members.
By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing and the terms outlined in this policy.
From time to time, Fishub may also provide introductory Partner Offers to eligible new members. Where an offer includes a free introductory period followed by a paid subscription, the recurring price and introductory period will be clearly stated when you register.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Where you have joined through a Partner Offer that includes a free introductory period, you must cancel before the free period ends if you do not wish to continue as a paying member.
If you do not cancel before the free period ends, your membership will automatically continue at the monthly subscription price stated when you registered and the payment method provided at registration will be charged.
3. Refund Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to Fishub’s digital content and membership services has been provided, except where a refund is required by law or where an exception outlined in this policy applies.
By subscribing, you request that access to Fishub’s digital content and services begins immediately.
Subject to your statutory rights, we do not normally provide refunds for:
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Failure to cancel a Partner Offer before the free introductory period ends
- Non-use of the platform
- Change of personal circumstances
4. Partner Offers & Free Introductory Periods
Where an eligible new member joins Fishub through a Partner Offer providing a free introductory period, a valid payment method may be required at registration.
No membership fee will be charged for the stated free period. At the end of that period, the membership will automatically continue at the subscription price stated when you registered unless you cancel beforehand.
If you do not wish to continue as a paying Fishub member, you must cancel before the free introductory period ends to avoid being charged the first recurring membership payment.
Failure to use Fishub during the free period does not prevent the membership from automatically continuing or entitle you to a refund of a subsequent payment where the subscription was not cancelled in time, subject always to your statutory rights.
Eligibility for Partner Offers is governed by our Terms & Conditions and Membership Terms.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in circumstances including:
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Technical issues directly caused by Fishub that prevent access to the service
- Where a refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
6. Cooling-Off & Consumer Rights
Depending on the circumstances, consumers purchasing services or digital content online may have cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
Where applicable, by subscribing you request that Fishub begins providing the membership service and access to digital content immediately rather than waiting until the end of any applicable cancellation period.
Where the law requires specific consent or acknowledgement before a statutory cancellation right can be lost, your rights will only be affected to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again in line with our payment provider’s processes.
If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription may lapse and access to member features may be removed.
8. Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment has been taken incorrectly, please contact us at sales@fishub.co.uk in the first instance so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide relevant evidence of the subscription agreement, transaction, account usage, cancellation status, and acceptance of the applicable terms to the payment provider.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where appropriate following misuse or an invalid payment dispute. Nothing in this section affects your right to raise a legitimate payment dispute or any other statutory rights.
9. Contact
