1. Membership Overview

Fishub operates a subscription-based platform offering access to premium features, content, and services.

Memberships are available on a monthly and annual basis and provide access to subscriber-only areas of the platform.

2. Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing at the stated rate. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure your payment details are up to date.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles.

3. Partner Offers & Introductory Memberships

From time to time, Fishub may provide introductory membership offers through selected partners.

Unless otherwise stated, Partner Offers are available to new Fishub members only. They are not available to current members or anyone who has previously held a Fishub membership, including memberships that have been cancelled or have expired.

Each eligible person may claim only one Fishub Partner Offer, regardless of which participating partner provides or promotes the offer. Partner Offers cannot be combined with other introductory offers or promotions unless expressly stated.

Creating or using multiple accounts, alternative email addresses, or other details for the purpose of claiming more than one introductory Partner Offer or otherwise circumventing the eligibility requirements is not permitted.

Where a Partner Offer includes a free introductory month, a valid payment method is required at registration. No membership fee will be charged for the stated free period.

At the end of the free period, your membership will automatically continue at the monthly subscription price stated when you registered unless you cancel.

If you do not wish to continue as a paying Fishub member, you must cancel before your free period ends to avoid being charged the first recurring membership payment. You may cancel at any time.

Fishub reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a Partner Offer where we reasonably believe that a person is not eligible, has previously held a Fishub membership, has already claimed a Partner Offer, or is attempting to circumvent the eligibility requirements.

Where we reasonably identify misuse of a Partner Offer, we may cancel the promotional membership or remove the free introductory period. Any subsequent paid membership will remain subject to the normal Membership Terms.

Any withdrawal or change to a Partner Offer will not alter the agreed introductory period or subscription price for a member who has already validly registered for that offer, except where required by law.

4. Access & Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to subscriber features until the end of your current billing period or introductory period, as applicable.

No further payments will be taken after cancellation unless you choose to resubscribe.

For Partner Offers, cancellation must be completed before the end of the free introductory period if you do not wish the membership to convert to a paid subscription.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the transaction in line with our payment provider’s processes.

If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription may lapse and access to subscriber features will be removed at the end of the billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend access where payment issues remain unresolved.

6. Account Use & Sharing

Fishub memberships are strictly for individual use only. Account sharing is not permitted.

Any attempt to share, distribute, or allow access to your account by others may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice.

No refunds will be issued in cases where account misuse or sharing is identified, except where required by law.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time where:

• These terms are breached
• Payment obligations are not met
• Misuse or abuse of the platform is detected
• Behaviour is deemed harmful to the Fishub community or business

Termination may result in loss of access to subscriber features. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

8. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to Fishub’s digital content and membership services has been provided, except where a refund is required by law or where otherwise stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By subscribing, you request that access to Fishub’s digital content and services begins immediately.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue. For a Partner Offer with a free introductory period, you must cancel before that free period ends if you do not wish to be charged for the following month.

Subject to your statutory rights, we do not normally provide refunds based on:

• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Non-use of the platform
• Change of personal circumstances

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been taken incorrectly, please contact Fishub in the first instance so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account where appropriate
• Provide relevant evidence of the subscription agreement, transaction, account usage, and acceptance of these terms to the payment provider
• Recover any legitimate outstanding amounts owed, where permitted by law

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights or any rights you may have to raise a legitimate payment dispute.

10. Changes to Membership Features

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove features included within the membership at any time.

This may include changes to content, services, or platform functionality.

11. General

Membership access is provided subject to these terms and may be updated, restricted, or withdrawn where reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity, security, and operation of the platform.

Nothing in these Membership Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
