Fishub Refund Policy
At Fishub, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your festival entry. Our refund policy ensures fairness while allowing for necessary event preparations.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1. Full Refunds – Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
1.2. Partial Refunds – Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund unless Fishub can successfully fill the place.
1.3. No Refunds – Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
2. Event Cancellation
2.1. If Fishub cancels an event, all participants will receive a full refund, which will be processed within 7 days after the scheduled event date.
3. Ticket Transfers
3.1. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another angler up to 24 hours before the event.
3.2. You must notify Fishub in writing with the new participant’s details.
4. Refund Processing
4.1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
4.2. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4.3. Payments made via Klarna will be refunded according to Klarna’s processing timelines, and any outstanding instalments will be adjusted accordingly.
