1. Membership Overview

Fishub operates a subscription-based platform offering access to premium features, content, and services.

Memberships are available on a monthly and annual basis and provide access to subscriber-only areas of the platform.

2. Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing at the stated rate. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure your payment details are up to date.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles.

3. Access & Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to subscriber features until the end of your current billing period.

No further payments will be taken after cancellation unless you choose to resubscribe.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the transaction in line with our payment provider’s processes.

If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription may lapse and access to subscriber features will be removed at the end of the billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend access where payment issues remain unresolved.

5. Account Use & Sharing

Fishub memberships are strictly for individual use only. Account sharing is not permitted.

Any attempt to share, distribute, or allow access to your account by others may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice.

No refunds will be issued in cases where account misuse or sharing is identified.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time where:

• These terms are breached
• Payment obligations are not met
• Misuse or abuse of the platform is detected
• Behaviour is deemed harmful to the Fishub community or business

Termination may result in loss of access to all subscriber features without refund.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that access to digital content and services begins immediately, and you waive any right to a refund once the subscription is active.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue.

We do not accept refund requests based on:

• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Non-use of the platform
• Change of personal circumstances

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By subscribing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Fishub to resolve the issue.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account
• Provide evidence of subscription agreement, usage, and acceptance of these terms to the payment provider
• Recover any outstanding amounts owed

9. Changes to Membership Features

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove features included within the membership at any time.

This may include changes to content, services, or platform functionality.

10. General

Membership access is provided at our discretion and may be updated or withdrawn where necessary to maintain the integrity and operation of the platform.
