Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page explains how cancellations, refunds, and subscription changes are handled on Fishub.
1. Subscription Overview
Fishub subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content, features, and services available to members.
By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing and the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that access to digital content and services begins immediately. As such, you waive any right to a refund once your subscription is active.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Non-use of the platform
- Change of personal circumstances
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Technical issues directly caused by Fishub that prevent access to the service
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cooling-Off Period
Under UK consumer law, digital services may include a 14-day cooling-off period.
However, by subscribing to Fishub and accessing the platform, you agree that the service begins immediately and you waive your right to cancel within this period.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again in line with our billing system.
If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription will lapse and access to member features will be removed at the end of your billing period.
7. Payment Disputes
If you experience any issues with billing, you must contact us at sales@fishub.co.uk before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where disputes are raised without prior contact.
We may provide evidence of subscription agreement, usage, and acceptance of these terms to payment providers in the event of a dispute.
