1. Purpose

Fishub aims to provide a respectful, enjoyable, and useful community space for anglers and subscribers.

These Community Guidelines apply to all activity within the Fishub forum and any other interactive areas of the platform.

2. Who Can Access the Forum

Access to the Fishub forum is limited to active subscribers.

Forum access is provided as part of a valid membership and may be restricted, suspended, or removed at our discretion in line with these guidelines and our wider terms.

3. Expected Behaviour

All members are expected to interact respectfully and responsibly at all times.

You must not post, share, or engage in content or behaviour that includes:

• Abuse or personal attacks
• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech or discriminatory language
• Spam or repetitive promotional content
• Impersonation or misleading identity claims
• Illegal, harmful, or offensive material

4. Moderation & Enforcement

Fishub reserves the right to edit, moderate, remove, or restrict access to posts, topics, or accounts where necessary to protect the community and platform.

Where appropriate, we may operate a warning-based approach, including an informal or formal warning before stronger action is taken. Repeated or serious breaches may result in suspension or permanent removal from the forum.

In serious cases, or where behaviour is clearly harmful, abusive, dishonest, or unlawful, Fishub may take immediate action without prior warning.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they post and the opinions they express.

Fishub does not endorse and is not responsible for the views, advice, or opinions shared by individual members within the community.

6. Repeat Breaches

Repeated breaches of these guidelines may lead to permanent removal from the forum and, where appropriate, further action against the associated Fishub account.

7. Reporting Content

Users may be able to report posts or content through the forum tools where that functionality is available.

Fishub also reserves the right to review and act on content at its own discretion, whether or not a formal report has been submitted.

8. Forum Access & Account Action

Fishub may suspend or remove forum access for any user who breaches these guidelines.

Where necessary, this may also lead to wider account action in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Membership Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or community needs.

Continued use of Fishub community features constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
