Pick Your Team Before the Premier League Season Gets Underway
The Free Spirit Fishub Dream Team returns for Season 2, with entries closing at 8:30am on Tuesday 11th August.
The Fishub Premier League returns on Tuesday and that means it’s time to get your Dream Team ready for Season 2.
Fishub members have until 8:30am on Tuesday 11th August to make their selections before entries close ahead of the opening round at Monkhall Fishery. Pick the anglers you think will deliver across the season and then follow their progress throughout all four rounds.
Season 1 showed just how difficult those decisions can be, with the Premier League title itself eventually decided after Andy Power and Tom Edwards finished level on points.
Season 2 brings another four matches and two new anglers into the field, with Sam Brown and Charlie Law joining the line-up. With everyone starting again from zero, the challenge is deciding which anglers you want in your Dream Team before the first match begins.
Can You Pick the Winning Dream Team?
There isn’t long left to enter the Fishub Dream Team for Season 2, with selections closing at 8:30am on Tuesday morning before the Premier League gets underway at Monkhall Fishery.
The challenge is to build your own team from the Premier League line-up and then see how your selections perform as the real results come in across the four rounds.
Picking the obvious names isn’t necessarily going to be enough. The Premier League rewards consistency, and with four very different venues ahead, choosing anglers who can perform across changing styles of fishing could make all the difference.
Four Rounds to Get It Right
Your selections will be tested first at Monkhall Fishery on Tuesday 11th August, before the Premier League moves quickly on to Hayfield Lakes just one week later.
Round 3 takes place at Messingham Sands in September before the season concludes at Tunnel Barn Farm in October.
That gives your Dream Team four very different challenges. From the mixed fishing at Monkhall and the range of approaches available at Hayfield to the technical challenge of Messingham and prolific F1 fishing at Tunnel Barn, the anglers will need to adapt throughout the season.
A Hi-‘S’ Carp Feeder Rod for the Season 2 Winner
There’s an extra incentive to get involved this season too.
The winner of the Season 2 Dream Team will receive a Hi-‘S’ Carp Feeder Rod, kindly sponsored by Free Spirit Match.
That means every Premier League result matters twice: once for the anglers battling for the Season 2 title and again for Fishub members watching to see how their own Dream Team is performing.

We’ll also be bringing you live updates from the Premier League matches, followed by our edited FishubTV highlights programmes for members, where you’ll be able to watch the anglers in action and hear directly from them during the matches.
